Over the last 2 weeks in Australia, Home and Away have been showing Brax's soles (2 lots), Heath Braxton's tops, Kyle Braxton's quick snap of soles (finally!), and in the next couple of episodes of Josh Barrett's soles!!

I do have Channel5 HD here in the UK.....though it's through a Virgin Media TIVO box....I can record these episodes in HD in the setup box but I am not sure how to connect this to a PC monitor so that I can then press the print screen button to make a screenshot so that the soles are captured in highest quality possible....any ideas? These will air in the UK after 4ish weeks, but I am off on holidays in 2 weeks so need to act quickly so I can test out any approaches suggested before I go.

or if anyone else can capture, that would be a great alternative!

PS: I have episodes of Hollyoaks everywhere on my hard drives and I know you all want those soles I promised years ago! Once I have sorted through these, I will let you know and post these now that I do have time
