There is a K Y commercial which shows a caucasian couple at the beginning of the commercial sitting at the foot of their bed, and at the end of the commercial there is a view of the guy's greatlooking sole facing the camera. I'm hoping that someone who has the equipment can make screen caps of that particular commercial/scene.
