I dunno, inn the video I grabbed the clip from the guy looked pretty indian. He may not as "brown" as the masseuses but I think he may still be indian or atleast south east asian.

well the reason I say this is because that youtube channel makes tourism videos and so part of them feature foreigners. I am aware that Indian/South Asians come in various shades of color rather than being the stereotypical brown that most in the west associate us with lol
