The two unknown foot models are in fact amateurs, there's a set of their pictures plus more on tumblr, under the name jjbobson. I'm not sure if that's either of them. The photo was taken in the summer 2010.
The two unknown greek actors are on a 2014 tv advert for the greek betting site 'playbet'. I can't find information about them.
