The movie is called 'Flesh and Fantasy', from 1980. You can get a copy on the movie here:

On that note, I should tell you the photo you uploaded is from the magazine version of 'Flesh and Fantasy'. The magazine version is a different title, and calls itself 'Overload'. You can usually find copies of it on eBay. The sexual positions and cumshots, ect, are VERY different in the mag version than in the film, and the position you see in the photo you uploaded doesn't occur in the film version. Also, the bearded bottom isn't barefoot in the film version like he is in the magazine.
