Given the issues with this site, I went ahead and created a new Forum:

I thought a forum was better than a generic site, because part of the great thing about FB is how we can post and interact with one another, rather than getting pictures 'from on high'

Yup, Pro Boards took it down as it wasnt meeting their policies. To bad as it really was showing promise, now what ?

Unsure it could be just about anything. They can decide to delete it for almost any reason.

I can't speak for that specific case, but I can say that I've tried to set up various forums, pay accounts, and similar for my blog. And in the eyes of many of these business, foot fetish enters the realm of adult content (fairly or not), and therefore frequently gets terminated on sites where they're trying to prevent such content.
