Wolf Creek has some very hot foot shots of a young Austrailian actor, although I can't think of his name right off the top of my head. The first fifteen minutes of the movie or so has random shots of this guy's feet, granted they are all shots of his tops but what they do show are very good shots of his feet that are pretty long in duration.
Also, the movie its' self is a pretty good flick as far as horror movies go and in my opinion is worth watching foot scenes aside.
Another good horror flick with a few hot foot scenes in it is House of Wax. I'm talking about the newer version that was released a few years ago. I can't remember the name of the actor who has his feet shown in that one either, but there is a pretty good shot of his feet in that movie too. When he is in the process of getting hot wax poured on him the camera zooms in on the tops of his big feet for quite awhile.

First movie: Jared Padalecki, second: maybe John Jarratt. Hope that helps.

Always had a soft spot for American Werewolf in London, in which David Naughton showed his soles alot.

There is a 70s Hammer film called The Evil of Frankenstein, that starred David (Darth Vader) Prowse as the monster, and he cavorted around half-naked reigning terror. There was a brief scene in which Dr. Frankenstein grabs him by the feet to drag his unconscious body out of the room, and you get to see Prowse's big beefy soles.

There was a foreign movie called "Swimming Pool" that has decent foot shots. It's about some kids trapped in an indoor swim park with a killer among them - so they're barefoot mostly running around the place. It has James McAvoy (sp?) in it.

You could check out also any horror film (use that term loosely) by director David DeCoteau and you're bound to find some good barefoot shots of guys. I wouldn't recommend them for their storylines though. lol

Horror In The Attic: Andras Jones (barefoot and tied up)
    Critters 4: Paul Whitthorne's soles
Basket Case 2: Kevin Van Hentenryck's soles
Joyride (is it a horror movie?): Paul Walker's sexy right sole!
Amityville Horror (Remake): Ryan Reynolds's tops
    Helloween 4: Mike Vogel's soles
Turistas: Josh Duhamel (tops and soles)
Shaun Of The Dead (Horror Comedy): Simon Pegg
Mary Shelley's Frankenstein: Robert De Niro
28 Days Later: Cillian Murphy (also nude)
2001 Maniacs: Dylan Edrington and Brian Gross
    Constantine: Keanu Reeves
The Ninth Gate: Johnny Depp again
Equilibrium (maybe horror as well): Christian Bale

That's all that comes to my mind...

    Hopefully it helps a lot.
