Chicago White Sox? Boston Red Sox players feet

I never thought of it before...but the name of these two sports franchises are basically about feet?

Most teams are named after animals (Tigers, Lions, Bears, etc.)..how often do you see 2 teams in the same league dedicated to feet?

Maybe the White Sox or Red Sox could put out a sports calendar with pics of thier feet? ;O)

I think there should be a men's baseball team bold and humorous/honest enough to call themselves the "Dirty Sox" MMMmmmmm...or "Stinky Sox" or "Ripe Sox", lol
