I have the hots for my neighbor's feet

Howdy. Directly across the street from me I have a new Polish neighbor. Immigrated from Poland and has an accent but speaks English well.

However, I must say that he's very attractive looking. He's got a shaved head and athletic build and about half the time I see him he's wearing leather flip flops or slides.


What shall I do about this?

Pretty much a 'get to know your neighbor' basis. He's friends with my parents but I haven't really been introduced to him because of my work schedule.
