    Default Syria

I logged in yesterday and the personal ad of our friend from Aleppo popped up. His posts and comments were much appreciated by me; not to mention that he is gorgeous. I hope he is alright, somewhere, somehow. It made me feel very spoiled and complacent sitting in my house in Canada. I haven't prayed in decades, but all my prayers and good karma are for him.

    Bobo.

Yeah, I hope the situation in Syria improves. It's a massacre over there.

Yes, it's a bloody massacre at present in Syria--but not in the way or for the reasons being endlessly cited by U.S. Imperial propaganda. The U.S. and Turkey, along with others, are determined to destabilize and partition Syria. Notwithstanding Russia's support for an independent Syria, I suspect that Syria's days as an independent Arab country are numbered. No resonable person will mourn the violent Assad dynasty's departure; however, the people of Syria are going to be the real losers in this latest Great Game of Geopolitical Imperialism, even if the big Sunni majority finally escapes Alawite despotism there.
