Not exactly...
I had someone lick my one foot and gently tickling my other foot while another guy was giving me a head. It was pleasure sensory overload! Wish there's another guy doing my nipples...

I"ve licked and sucked guys toes while they're sleeping...and more recently have done it as a way to wake 'em up! Niiiiice way to start the day with a smirky grin!
