Then search with keywords like "shirtless" or "beach" and you will mostly find very hq pictures of almost any celeb.
Or try this: type in the celeb's name and then add fansite using google. You will find fansites of the certain man. Then try the albums called "photoshoots", magazine scans" or "candids".
Sometimes the names are similar, but the possibility to find bare feet pics there is very high.
And: if you've chosen a special pic click on it, in some cases a very hq version opens. Then you can get a closer look of the celeb's feet/soles.
