In the movie Sketches (starring Jason Bateman and currently showing on The Movie Channel) there's a scene where two guys are talking and one admits to his buddy that he meets a guy regularly who pays to jerk off on his socked foot. The guy's buddy responds, "Does he pay you extra if there's a hole in your sock?" This is the only time I can recall a foot fetish referred to in a mainstream movie.

Also found the picture below. It's a publicity shot for the new "Sons of Hollywood" reality show starring Rod Stewart's son Sean, pictured barefoot below. I wish I could find a larger shot of this pic though.

I think they are better quality to have a long look...
