That was interesting and FUNNY, but that guy is CUTE and he has nice looking feet! I might keep him at my place for a few days. Besides what can he do with an ankle monitor strapped to him 24/7? If I were those parents, I'd tickle torture his feet every time he didn't clean up behind himself, He'd get into shape then!
