Other than a lifeguard (or a foot model), what are some good occupations that would allow going barefoot?

MMA,UFC and PRIDE fighter,Martial Arts instructor,Yoga instructor.
Other than that, it depends on what country you're from. I know there are a lot of places along the coast of Australia where almost all of the stores are "barefoot friendly".

Some massage therapist go barefoot. Especially Thai or Ashiatsu.

Barefoot jobs: lifeguard, swimming pool cleaner, beach bum, vendor on the beach, male prostitute :) and maybe towel boy in a bathhouse
