Hey Footpies (and others) .... there is an infamous foot fetish moment between Patrick and another guy on film for all to enjoy. The movie is called 'Descent' and it is a rather intense and disturbing movie about a woman who is raped and turns her rage into revenge. The woman (played by Rosario Dawson) meets up with mysterious Adrian (Marcus Patrick) and learns all about power and intimidation from him.
