Hello guys!

It just occurred to me that the person who I put in charge of the tklfest PR did not do their job so sorry for the little late notice but the 2010 tklfest is approaching soon!

Here is all the info ( and ? feel free to email me at Bichonguy@aol.com)

The fest will be held in Vermont from april 29 (thrus) to may 2nd (Sun)

the fest hotel is the la Quinta Inn

here is all the info via the letter they sent me

***In order for members of your party to place their reservations, we suggest they call our Central Reservation Center at 1-866-527-1498 and identify themselves as members of the Tau Ka Lambda party, Reservation Bloc confirmation number 2036GRUTHK. For your convenience, all final details pertaining to the group should be coordinated directly with the above hotel.


*** Please advise members of your party that all requests for reservations within the bloc should be prior to 4/8/2010 in order to ensure we are able to accommodate them at the rate that was originally quoted.


**On 4/8/2010 any rooms in your bloc, which remain unfilled will be released for sale to the general public.

** We have quoted the tax rate currently in effect. Changes to the current rate will be reflected in the amount actually charged. Rates are quoted in US Currency unless otherwise indicated.

Sound pretty good

The price is $59 per night

Again you must call by April 8th to get the price

Also the attendance fee is $25 . if you want to come and pay at the day of the fest it will be 30
