barefoot or not?

I'm thinking I need to make a will soon, not something anyone wants to think about. Anyways two things have crossed my mind.

1. Should I have anything on my feet when I'm in my coffin
2. Should me and my feet be planted or burned up?

I'm interested to know what others think.

I think you should be more concerned about what happens to your money and your possessions.

Even if you specifically call out in your will as to who gets what, it takes only one greedy relative to throw your will into probate and hold up the distribution of your assets for years. The only winners will be the lawyers, who will earn their money by bleeding your estate dry.

A better option might be setting up a trust fund, and naming those you want to inherit your estate as the trustees. You don't need one to do so, but for a few hundred dollars, a lawyer can make sure that whatever happens after you die happens as you wanted it.
