Hi , in answer to your question about Colin Fergusons soles being shown laying on the lounger, hes on a cruise and its not really a movie he was in its a mini series called Tale Of Two Cities which centered around gay and straight people. I dont remember to much more than that it aired here in Canada about 2 years ago.

it's very easy: I use firefox including the add-on "download helper". With this add-on you can choose which quality of (almost every) video you want to download (hq18, hq35, hq22). HQ22 means the best resolution (HD).
Then you only got to play the video with the mpc. Using the still frame and saving the image with the included feature of the mpc leads to such hq caps.

That's all.
