Although I've seen this one as well thanks for posting ! As far as I'm concern he TOPS phelps ... he is Sooooooo SEXY ! I Can't wait until early next year ... Lochte is going to be the New Underware model for some popular Designer . So look for more of his sexy feet !

I was checking the search and found this old thread. Has no one found a good sole shot yet? It's so weird, he's a swimmer and yet there are hardly any barefoot pics of him lol I did find this pic though.
