PF Flyers sizes?

Hey guys. Got a question about PF Flyers sizes...how well do they match Converse? I wear size 10 All Stars, so would 10 be a good choice in PF Flyers? Asking because no store here sells PF's so gotta get 'em online and never have had a pair.
