Movie Title Help

Years ago, I remember a movie where a man had a woman tied up, and hoisted to a wall, if I remember correctly. While she was hanging, he would touch and/or tease her with his foot/feet. I don't think he was poking and prodding her with them, it was almost like he was tormenting her, while she was on the wall. I'd love to see still photos, and/or a video clip!

I don't remember the name of the movie, but I think the girl hanging was Deborah Harry, lead singer for the group Blondie. I did a search and found she was in a lot of movies, but didn't find that one, I thought if I saw the name I would remember. Hope you find it, I'm curious now too. I'll keep looking.

I think you may be referring to David Cronenberg's "Videodrome", starring James Woods. Debbie Harry played a kinky feminist psychologist.
