I don't think he's under 18. He's posted 91 videos and 90 of them are of trash recycling trucks. I think he has some type of related business.

Yeah, all you have to do is read the uploader's profile to see he has a refuse removal service in central PA. Although he has a young voice, I think he's lot older than 18 judging by the skin on his hands. Cute feet as you say.
