Now if it's about physical discomfort when wearing a shoe of the proper size for the foot, I can see looking into this. Or a nail problem as described in the article. I love long toes and shudder at the thought of someone having elective surgery to shorten their toes. But like a lot of plastic surgery inquires, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What some us may call the 'perfect foot' just isn't to other guy.
