Guys, you all seem to know who this person is without ever mentioning his name. And the photo is not that clear . . . so I don't have a clue as to who this man is. He does have attractive soles, however.

It's David James Elliott, best known for his role in "J.A.G." as Cmdr. (one episode as Captain) Harmon 'Harm' Rabb, Jr.
