The Jason ones are from 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall', a movie he did in 2008.
The Paul one is unknown but I guess it's from a movie as well.

Maybe one of the footbuddies here know from which one.

I believe the one of Paul on the couch is from Saturday Night Live. By the way, Paul was barefoot a lot also in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". He was a surf instructor.
