Yeh you're probably right. The Young and The Restless has never been very good for actors being barefoot, it's frustrated me for years how rarely we saw Michael Graziadei or Billy Miller's feet and we hardly ever see Daniel Goddard's. I'm hoping that we'll get to see Billy Miller's more now that he's on General Hospital, they seem to have actors barefoot much more often on there; Chad Duell has absolutely stunning feet, as does Bryan Craig, having said that we rarely see Jason Thompson's and NEVER see Ryan Paevey's! When actors join GH they are asked what body parts they are willing to show and one of the questions is about feet.

It's interesting how many of us all share the same experience of seeing Cheaper by the Dozen in theaters and being completely stunned by that epic sole shot of Tom Welling in bed. Just watching GH and it looks like our prayers are being answered, there've been a couple of close ups of Ryan's tops. Sadly they are so close up that we can see his feet but not him in the shots and he is moving, better than nothing though! I'll try and see if I can cap it tomorrow.

I couldn't agree more. The soaps have all been a bit stingy lately with barefoot men in scenes, it should be mandatory at least once a day. I'm not even going to mention the ongoing frustration at the lack of barefootness from Ryan Paevey on General Hospital!!! I do think that Frank and Ron have some awareness though that the male foot is something that should be on show, they seem to utilise it more than any of the others!!

Days usually at some point in the summer have there "summer outing" where a number of the characters go picnicking at the park or to the beach and the younger male cast are usually seen wearing flip-flops(except Freddie who is usually seen wearing sneakers with socks) or shots of their feet after "swimming" maybe the show will give us another one of these outings and s chance to see their feet.

Well the writers had a laugh at our expense today. Will's boss arrived and said 'This will knock your socks off', then looked down and said 'well it would if you were wearing any', the camera never went down so we could see his feet though! GRRRR

I also agree that Y&R is also awful right now but those writers at Days who were fired have just ruined too many of the characters and usually around this time we would have the outing at the lake where many of the male characters would be in flip flops and we got to see their feet but it looks like that won't happen this year. The show just let go of the actor who played T.

T is a friend of Will and Sonny who also worked at Sonny and Chad's club TBD. Although I have my criticisms of the show and not completely fond of is current direction I do at least want to see what they have planed for the 50th and the return of Jason Cook. There is also a rumor that the writers who were fired played a part in Freddie's decision not to renew his contract and stay on the show.

Unfortunately you could be right based off Higley's track record and Higley was dead set against the Will Horton coming out as gay storyline and did everything she could to stop it and it wasn't till after she was fired that they went ahead with it. I've head some rumors that the writing might have played a part in Freddie's decision to leave the show.
